@MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft My Microsoft account was compromised, and the recovery email was changed. I submitted the recovery form with all available details, but was told there wasn't enough information. Still signed in on my PC. Please assist.

@bewakoof I ordered clothes, returned on June 5 due to the material being substandard. Still no refund. Support keeps saying "refunded" but won’t share to which account, despite me giving no details. No callback, no resolution. Extremely unprofessional. Just refund the money.

I'm shocked. I sent my laptop for warranty repair in perfect condition, but you returned it covered in scratches. You also kept my charger, and now your customer care won’t even pick up my calls. Is this how you treat your customers, @cromaretail? Unbelievable. @CromaSupport

@CromaSupport I Raised a complaint on Apr 23 for my laptop’s charging issue. The same issue reappeared within a month of repair done by you. The laptop was picked up on May 9 no update yet even after many followups through call and mail. Laptop is under warranty. @CromaRetail

@OfficialDMRC I was overcharged ₹60 instead of the expected ₹27 during my recent metro journey from Noida Electronic City to Noida Sector 16. The ₹33 discrepancy reduced my balance from ₹283 to ₹223.I used the DMRC app's Multiple Journey QR Ticket option for payment. @OfficialDMRC
