Permanent DST is threatening to make Americans even less healthy. A significant part of why Japanese live 5 years longer is 6:30am Radio Taiso routines. Summer DST already makes that difficult, extending it to winter means families will rush to work/school in darkness. This could result in even higher Medicare costs @DOGE_HHS as DST disproportionately harms the sleep and health of the elderly and parents. See @AASMorg Make America Healthy Again!

@BrianAtlas The point of capitalism is to enjoy life and spend your money how you wish. Estate taxes, unrealized gains taxes and shaming debauchery, all undermine capitalism. Why work hard when you're young if you can't spend what you earn when you're old? Socialism encourages young junkies.

@ICannot_Enough @FoxBusiness That looks like when I get annoyed about FSD slowing down for a plastic bag, or going the long way, and I intervene. In this case FSD was slowing down for a hard curve and she may have been too tired to notice in time. The road design is bad, she should sue the toll road company.
