In his speech on 10 May 2026, Thadou Baptist leader, Rev. Dr. Vumthang Sitlhou urged the Kuki Kuki community to stop poppy cultivation, preserve land as per divine will, and avoid animal-like behaviour, calling it a danger that could lead the land to "vomit them out." Three days later on 13 May 2026, Rev. Sitlhou and two other church leaders were killed in an armed ambush between two Kuki villages, namely Kotzim and Kotlen villages in Kangpokpi district while returning from a Baptist conference in Churachandpur. It is evident that the Kuki narco terrorists took exemplary action against any prominent individual who spoke out against their illicit activity of poppy cultivation and savagery, with an ulterior motive to keep the state under a constant state of conflict and violence. It is tragic that such a sane voice has been silenced forever but the truth cannot be buried along with him. The people of Manipur must wake up to the reality of who is truly perpetuating the cycle of drugs, violence, and division in the hills. @Khulkonns_3382 In the first week of violence, 32 Meetei civilians were abducted and killed. Meetei homes weren’t just burned, they were torn down with explosives. Women faced brutal assaults. And when the Meetei fought back, those who started this were the first to claim they were the victims.

The irony of the Manipur violence… First, they killed 79 people from the Kuki-Zo community, including women and children, in Imphal. The remaining population was driven away to the hills. They then looted 6,800 weapons to attack the hills. But when the Kuki defended themselves, they were branded as terrorists and arrests began. This is the Manipur violence. Fck

AS PER THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS surrounding the Kuki Narco-Terrorist aggression in Manipur for Kukiland/Zalengam/Separate Administration/UT with Legislature, etc., the so-called movement is now likely to remain confined only to a handful of figures among certain Kuki tribe groups, Seilen Haokip, Ajang Khongsai, Paolienlal Haokip, Ginza Vualzong, Lemtingthang/Letminthang, Paujakhup Guite, Glady Vaiphei, Florence Guite, Catherine Gangte, along with their supremos PS Haokip, Thangboi Kipgen, and Thanglianpau Guite. Do you know why? Because people have started abandoning the Kuki Narco-Terrorist movement in Manipur. The Zomis do not want to be dragged into attacks against the Nagas. The Hmars want to maintain peaceful relations with the Meeteis and others in Manipur. The Paites want a separate district excluding Kuki dominance in Churachandpur. And now even the Kukis of Nagaland do not want to involve themselves in the Manipur issue or fight against the Manipuri Meetei and Nagas. God be with the sinners and guide them towards salvation.

Listen from Meitei Militants leaders mouth. > They banned Sarswati Puja in Manipur, to promote militant ideology. > Chinese gave them 5000 weapons. > Openly boasting in Imphal about how he killed 5 CRPF Jawans and took their weapons . > Kachin & R&AW stopped them from moving to China . A group which was already dying in Myanmar after Coup, why did our agencies give them oxygen to breathe by bringing them under Ceasefire, giving them a new legitimacy. Yesterday 70 weapons of UNLF were captured. Same group is now being led by COCOMI with same separatist ideology with backing from Politicians, same group who raise anti-India voices, few agencies & individuals have screwed NE India badly . #imphal

See, didn’t I tell you… Now they need Christianity to save them from their sins. They think Nagas are too innocent that they could be fooled over their dead bodies in the name of Christianity again. @Khulkonns_3382 The individuals are Kuki militants under the SoO pact with the Government of India. It is disheartening that our central forces are placed under threat by armed Kuki groups.

Manipur Police recovers 67 weapons from UNLF (P), a Meitei insurgent group which signed a peace deal on Nov 29,2023 in presence of MHA, Manipur govt officials. HM Amit Shah had announced the agreement on X. The group was in the process of selling weapons, which included AK 47 rifles. When the police intercepted them, they fired at the police.
