Remington House, situated on Nugget Street in Johannesburg, has been transformed into a green-certified mixed-use building with affordable rental units and is fully let.
The office block was previously abandoned and later hijacked. Today, she’s a student accommodation success story.

So from the "investors" (donors) point of view it's still a penalty. The 25 is calculated over 10 years
