@Marco75953999 @bartosz @teslaeurope @Tesla @elonmusk They removed the only thing that was working prior fsd activation. TLSC aka traffic Light stop control. This is the only thing which differentiate the FSD package to EAP. Now FSD has been approved and he should be able to use that feature plus FSD but he can't nor of the 2

🚨 BREAKING: Dutch Minister Karremans pushes back hard against the NOS/Reuters narrative on Tesla in Parliament. “The RDW does NOT rely on Tesla marketing claims. We conduct our own independent research more than 1.6 million kilometers of real-world testing on Dutch roads. Safety comes first. Period.” The Netherlands continues to lead Europe in evidence-based regulation. While critics speculate, the RDW makes decisions based on data, testing, and facts. This is what taking innovation seriously looks like. @vincentkar

#FSD #fsdeurope #fullselfdrive

As usual, the ETSC is trying to block FSD from happening. They sent letters to all EU countries, except the ones who already approved FSD. Their so-called "questions" begin with this, quote: > "We urge you not to recognize [FSD]." etsc.eu/letter-tesla-f…

Post #1 Switzerland traffic death counter since March (01.03.2025) – the day Switzerland published new Autonomy laws which still didn't allow FSD: 48 On March 1st 2023, Tesla proved supervised FSD is safer than a human. It took Switzerland two whole years to publish new ADAS laws, none of which allow FSD supervised in its current form. The fact it took 2 years is somewhat excusable, but not allow it even with the new laws!!!? To show the absurdity, I'll quote my previous posts each time a traffic death occurs in Switzerland since 1 March 2025, which potentially wouldn't have happened if FSD had been approved by the new Swiss Autonomy laws published March (01.03.2025) and update the counter. Remember. In each situation, it could be a Tesla car lacking FSD because of the regulations. I'm calling it now! Switzerland will have a traffic death involving a Tesla car because it didn't allow FSD supervised on 01.03.2025! Almost happened on 20.04.2025! If that happens, who will be held accountable for blocking lifesaving technology? x.com/Tesla/status/1… 20min.ch/story/unterlun…

In the last 12 months, a Tesla with FSD Beta engaged experienced an airbag-deployed crash about every 3.2 M miles, which is ~5x safer than the most recently available US average of 0.6M miles/police-reported crash

Vlaanderen omarmt innovatie!

@ayasystems @bartosz @teslaeurope @Tesla @elonmusk It is not a violation of license if the hardware system has not been tampered nor the software. can injection is allowed that's how you install s3xy buttons I.e.. It would be the same as saying there is a button on the break pedal that you should not touch while driving.

I have sent a complaint to consumer protection agency in Estonia notifying of illegal, immoral behaviour of @teslaeurope and @tesla. It's a theft, not other word for it. @elonmusk as a protector of truth, I wonder what is his opinion on remotely disabling paid for functionality. I hope to support the work of MEP René Repasi (@repasi) on the Right to Repair Directive and the Right to Repair Europe coalition (@R2REurope), as well as broader consumer protection efforts by BEUC (@BEUC)." Tesla's remote revocation of paid features exemplifies the exact problems highlighted for years by right-to-repair advocates like Louis Rossmann (@rossmannsupply), who has publicly called out manufacturer overreach in vehicles and electronics. Also worth calling out @restartproject and @iFixit x.com/bartosz/status…

@marekpartlik @bartosz @Tesla I think you should go the legal way... I don't say you should spend money on lawyers In Spain it's called oja de reclamacion, you fill the form this goes to the office of right of consumers and they will act on behalf of everyone. Tesla can't simply take away things youpaied for

I also posted this on LinkedIn and got a reply from ASTRA’s director. It seems my tone was perceived as aggressive or impolite, so I apologized privately & publicly . That was not my intention. My goal remains the same: a respectful, objective discussion about road safety, innovation, and automated driving in Switzerland. @UVEK @BR_Sprecher
Sergiu Mogan@sergiumogan

Do you think we should also have 3.5x fewer collisions in 🇨🇭Switzerland ? Or are you just fine with 17000 traffic accidents and 250 deaths / year ? We need Level 4 autonomy, but we also need breakthroughs in L2 systems. 😉 Tesla's FSD is that breakthrough. @BR_Sprecher @UVEK @TOS_Switzerland @TCS_Suisse

Only when you drive the Cybertruck do you realize how incredible it is: a bulletproof tank that moves like a million dollar sports car! Reason for the angular shape is that the thick, ultra-hard stainless steel body panels cannot be stamped like the thin, feeble, paper-strength mild steel of other trucks. Cybertruck body panels would break 5000 ton stamping machines.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

One of Elon's most vocal critics just bought a Cybertruck. Brian Krassenstein, who has spent years publicly clashing with @elonmusk, announced the purchase yesterday. His reason had nothing to do with politics. He has a young family and the Cybertruck is the only pickup truck in America to hold both an IIHS Top Safety Pick+ award and a perfect 5-star NHTSA rating simultaneously. When your fiercest critics are buying your product because the data leaves them no choice, that's a different kind of win.

Together with RDW, we have officially completed the final vehicle testing phase for Full Self-Driving (Supervised) and have submitted all documentation required for the UN R-171 approval + Article 39 exemptions. The RDW team is now reviewing the documentation and test results package internally. They have communicated the expected approval for Netherlands date of 4/10, shifting from 3/20 previously and we look forward to successful completion of this cooperation.  Following the Netherlands’ approval, European countries will be able to recognize this approval nationally. We are anticipating a possible EU-wide approval during the summer. Over the past 18 months, this approval has involved a series of intense documentation, development, testing, research & audits. Including but certainly not limited to: – 1,600,000+ km of FSD (Supervised) testing on EU roads – 13,000+ customer sales ride-alongs – 4,500+ track test scenario executions – Thousands of pages of written documentation for 400+ compliance requirements – Dozens of research studies into safety performance/results We're extremely proud of the work conducted with the RDW team up until this point. We very much look forward to the approval in April, and sharing FSD (Supervised) with our patient EU customers!

FSD is only adopted by a small % of people who buy a Tesla - and that's only 2% of people who buy a car. Clearly this is a combination of the consumer not seeing the value - even at $99/month - and not being aware. Tesla is trying to increase awareness with some ads - but it's not nearly enough - but the rate limiter is that most early adopters have been converted and FSD still needs to get a lot better before it goes mainstream.

FSD Supervised isn’t limited to select highways or specific conditions – it works wherever it’s available It can handle your daily commute or drive you across the country
