@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK I don’t know if you’re deliberately trying to wind me up you offer a free months prime refund the money but then cancel my prime so I have to pay again so much for a free month!

@AmazonUK your customer service is absolutely appalling why do I pay for prime to be consistently lied to by your team about an order arriving and then having to deal with rude manager. Replacement now won’t arrive till end of January and this is supposed to be acceptable

@AmazonHelp Oh yes I have had an update to say they can’t make any calls from Amazon! 😡 why can a simple request not be followed? I’m told to go back through customer care who I have already said have consistently lied to me and patronised me !
