I’m in the USA & my India no. is unreachable. I got SMS/email alerts for fraudulent charges, replied ‘No,’ and AxisBank even emailed saying transactions were declined. Yet, they still show up on my bill. Please fix this! @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport @nsitharaman

Took a personal loan SPLN90932618 from @StanChartHelp in Jan 2021 with 1% pre-closure after 36 EMIs. Now @KotakBankLtd (who took over) is demanding 3% — not in the original terms. Been chasing for a month. Frustrating when banks don’t honor agreements. Anyone else faced this?@RBI

@udaykotak I’m being charged 3% foreclosure fee on my personal loan taken from Standard Chartered, despite the agreement clearly stating 1% after 36 EMIs. Kotak took over the loan but not the terms. This is unfair and unresolved after weeks of follow-up. Please help. #KotakBank
