The speedpost couldn't reach Agartala frm Guwahati,hardly 560kms apart,till now. Though it managed to reach guwahati frm karnataka in less than 2days. Want fruitful resolution fr this unnecessary delay asap as I need the parcel urgently.

@AmazonHelp Ok. Me and my wife we both are just registering one after another complaint. Nobody is helping us in real. Amazon pay just passes the ball to jio and then jio customer care repeats. It's almost 4 days. Now I think only consumer court can answer what actually happened

On 23/07/22, my wife recharged her jio number using amazon pay upi. Money got debited from her bank ac. But the recharge was never successful and jio customer care denied accepting any payment. Till now no refund has been made through amazon pay too. @amazonpay

@AmazonHelp I contacted more than 4 5 times.everytime they said jio hasn't received the money and asked me to contact Third party app i.e amazon pay.. It's almost 4 days.. Everyone is just passing the ball from their end but nobody is helping me out..

@AmazonHelp No. But my wife communicated with amazon pay with her app. But they said the transaction was successful but jio customer care said they haven't received the money
