Durante el sobrevuelo lunar, los astronautas a bordo de la nave Orión atestiguaron el impacto de meteoritos contra la Luna. Reid Wiseman, comandante de la misión Artemis II, informó a la NASA sobre “destellos” en la superficie del satélite. “Sin duda, se trataba de destellos de impacto en la Luna.
