Why can't Safaricom allow users to access the Safaricom/M-Pesa app data freely? I mean, it's their app and their line why do we need to buy data to access it?

@GathogoBMwangi @SafaricomPLC Hi @GathogoBMwangi sorry for the inconvenience. To log back into My OneApp while abroad, ensure your Safaricom SIM is inserted as primary, roaming is active, and use mobile data (not Wi‑Fi) for the first login. You can switch to Wi‑Fi after. Thanks for your patience.

Dear @SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care this is utmost inconvenience for users of Mpesa outside the country. You have logged out all of us and the only way to login again is to have the Safaricom network connected, which doesn’t work on roaming. One had to wait to come to Ke so they can activate the app. Now tell me, what do you want me to do with the money in my mpesa? How will i continue using it?? Huge disappointment!

@Safaricom_Care + @SafaricomPLC why are you doing this? Huge inconvenience. Either let the old app be or enable it for us to download via WiFi. You are locking us out for months to years! And you are missing those transaction fees along the way.

Hey @Delta, a polite Q: why is it difficult to get an answer on why it's taking a while to get credit for SkyMiles for flying via @KLM. KLM rectified an issue related to #FlyingBlue but I keep getting an unsatisfactory answer from the Delta help desk ... unlike Delta.

Hey @elonmusk, I am an existing @Starlink user. They require an ID, which I provided but now they're suggesting I create a new account. The ticket was archived, so I can't ask there. It seems convoluted to create a new account with the same name / email only to provide the same ID, no?
