#usaa roadside service is not good. Tow truck sitting 5 mi away awaiting prepay from usaa. 4 calls, 4 hours and still sitting on hwy 80. Total scam. Did I mention how much #usaa sucks?

I’ve banked with @USAA since I was a kid and they were hands down the best for services and support. Everything changed after someone scammed our account. We were just told by a rep that USAA would drop us if we ever got scammed again. Any recommendations on more secure banks?

Update - If you ask for a manager - you lose the ability to forward the request for help within @AmericanExpress for 72 hours. Not great for a travel booking.

Anyone else tried to use @AmericanExpress travel to book a ticket? Platinum member and we have spent 4 hours on line and phone without being able to get it to go through. Errors in trying to get approvals. Dbase corruption? Wondering if others in pain as well. Travel boom?
