@SW_Help I’ve had to use the delay repay system a lot recently. It’s not that great. Why doesn’t it save your season ticket info? Even in the same session when submitting multiple claims (sadly I do this often) I have to upload the photos each time, re-enter the ticket numbers.

@SW_Help This also happened on Sunday. To get to Woking from Bracknell was nearly 2 hours. Why weren't you telling people that they could go via Wokingham/Guildford and the journey was an hour???

@SW_Help Waited to get on a very late train. Now on the train and am told my journey is terminating half way to where I want to go. Is there a reason why you wait until we’re on the train before you tell us this? Happens frequently

@SW_Help combination of the signal problem and the level crossing problem means I’ll be over an hour late this morning as the connection was allowed to go in front at Staines. Pay so much money for such a shoddy service from @SW_Help and @networkrail - and a 2.7% increase!

@SW_Help What happens when You try running on a knife edge. The "service" is sh#t on a non strike day. One major incident (like the platforms going down at Waterloo) the whole lot will collapse.
