@AerLingus Why have you just changed our flights for Dublin when the other flights are still on your website? We now miss out on several hours in Dublin as you’ve made our flight out later and our flight back earlier. I want an explanation & money refunded for the inconvenience!

@talktoBOI Hi, how do we go about getting a refund on a mortgage payment? An additional large payment has gone out and we’ve switched providers, so we’re no longer with you - hence the larger than normal payment.

@GWRHelp hi, how do we get our money back for a train ticket when we had to buy a first return as that’s all that was available, and first coming back is absolutely rammed and everyone just packed on the train as it’s after an event.

@FirstBSA what’s the email address for complaints? The M3X at 7.52 to city centre from Lyde Green never showed and only just got on a bus now. This is ridiculous! Third stop in and the bus is full already!

@NewLookHelp It’s looping and asking how it can help with my refund. I’m not reading how to deal with a bot. I have my refund. You just took about six weeks to give me my money back which means there is an issue of items not reaching you. That can be logged.

Hi @NewLookHelp is it normal to make a return in-store on 20 November 2023 and not receive the money back until 12 January 2024?! Your website says up to 15 days….
