It's not just about the face. First of all, women still have better faces than men and have more facial symmetry. But women also have better bodies. Men will bring up women having higher BMIs but women store fat more proportionately than men do. By the time men reach their 30s they become an apple shape if they don't work out. Women put their fat all over. We naturally have more symmetry than men do.
