@WPHospital please tell your Nuclear Medicine department to pick up the phone. It just rings and rings. No answering service, no machine. Scheduling a scan is a nightmare. Called the mainline for help and they transferred me back to 914-681-1187, ie, the line no one answers.

@optimum not working. Spent 15 min answering prompts & having robot do diagnostics. Finally spoke to rep who said there was a partial outage. Asked if there was a way to find out about the outage PRIOR to prompts; was told “no you have to call and go through prompts.” #optimum
