Well @Intuit and @QuickBooks you are exemplifying how to get it WRONG when it comes to customer support. Rude representatives who are not well trained on common issues. Very bad.
@QuickBooks is the worst business product for small businesses IMO, especially retail. Our experience - little to no real support, not friendly system and multi-user integration. They lie to get you to upgrade, then tell you what they promised would be available, actually isn't.
You can feel it when a company actually loves it's customers. Even when things go wrong, we trust them to make it right.
You can also feel it when a company is simply going through the motions, and does not care about you at all.
The experience can be "right" and yet so wrong.

On what planet is no update to multiple customer support pleas since Jan 4th, of 2022 reasonable customer service? I'm so pissed at @GustoHQ . What on earth did we pay for?!?! Today, 5 months later, cs on the phone says "we'll try to call you back, but can't tell you when."

@GRRMspeaking I wonder why so many women were attracted to him? Was there more to his appeal than power and wealth or was it just that? He seems terribly awful and unattractive yet so many women, including powerful ones, were interested. I dont get it. Would love to know more.
