@robindchnt Relative to many other vacation destinations for European travelers, the Alps become more attractive every year. Great thing about this: most iconic destinations can be easily reached by train/car. But totally agree: sad to see the climate impact.

@shreyas IMO the best product will stem from a very strong mental model of the domain and the users. UXR can help you *get* to such a model, and validate it along the way, but it's important to view the syllogism as UXR -> model -> product, not UXR -> product.

@KyleSamani We use both. As notion is based on databases, relations & templates can be used very effectively. We maintain roadmaps, project overviews etc. in notion (pages and tables) but then keep links to content deep dives (e.g. memos) in google docs.

Business writing remains underrated.
Just had chance to go through Amazon’s PRFAQ process with a leader there and it reminded me: writing forces clarity of thought in a way nothing else can.
You write to learn what you really mean with an idea. When you write you can’t hide.

I'm sorry to say this but I really don't get why some of the ESOP plans from (successful) German startups are structured like it's 2000.
Offering modern stock compensation is probably the best way to create a more diverse ecosystem of future founders and angels.

@awilkinson I really like the ressources from 'Prepared'. Applying some of this wisdom even "works" with my 3-year-old and helps to take more joy and learning out of everyday situations. In the end education is less about acquiring knowledge these days.
