Just curious but if it cost a brand $15-$30 their cost for a 1/4 of flower and they sell for $120+ are you still supporting the brand ? If you could buy the same exact flower in a California medical dispensary for less than $80 a 1/4 would you still buy the same weed for $120+ in a different jar and brand name but yet the same exact flower ? Disclaimer: We all know this never happens and nobody would ever white label weed that is already avaiable cheaper so don’t think too much of this question. 🙄

The bigger question is not what schedule cannabis should fall under, but where these people get the right to tell others what they can do with their own body. I didn’t see that right given to them in the Constitution.

Much of the THC is more potent argument these folks circulate is horsepasteing horse shit. 1)What other drug do you celebrate 3% purity? purifying THC into 50% THC hash or 90% shatter is still not 99% pure like you might get with Pharma. Now they want us to consume plant matter with 97% contaminants because they dont trust you to dose yourself? Alcohol can be 5% EtOH beer or 90% Everclear. I dont see Tom Cotton talking about how alcohol today is not the same as grandpas beer. 2)Historical sampling didnt account for CBN which most THC degrades into when the DEA stores evidence bags at Room temp for decades. 3)Lab shopping inflates THC values form 20% ->25/30%.

@Ericcannavet If legalized federally means have them compete on an actual free market that has farmers markets/craft grows and let the chips fall where they may, I would imagine the larger ones would disappear over time.

Higher potency isn't an excuse to use government to prevent people from consuming it. If it were legalized, teens would have a harder time getting it. Street dealers don't check for ID.
