@BDliveSA The law has existed since the ECT act was passed all those years ago. Section 45 explicitly allows spam, under the condition that one can opt out. That makes enforcement impossible in practical terms. It's up to the recipient to prove that there's an infringement, not govt.

@tim_meh87 He's a wanker, but his outfit at the concert is anti-fascist, not pro. It's from the "Pink Floyd The Wall" concert which is a couple of hours of criticism for fascism and description of the damage it does. The outfit and song "The show must go on" mocks the uniformed nazis.

So from the "investors" (donors) point of view it's still a penalty. The 25 is calculated over 10 years
