Given the brvtal summers & rising temperatures every year, we seriously need to invest in R&D for construction materials that don't trap heat. What makes Indian summers even more unbearable is how concrete absorbs & retains heat throughout the day, then takes hours to cool off & radiates that heat back into the surroundings at night.
