Remember folks. That Carwow video that’s upset everyone. Where they can’t tell the difference between Full Self Driving and EAP? This is what their car has:

@spbrhs07 @congressdj Honestly, with the terrible condition of that road, I would've probably been hella confused.

If you have a video of a FSD disengagement that resulted in the *definitive* avoidance of certain accident or death, I’d invite you to post it here. Note: Don’t bother posting if the disengagement was done out of caution, which is comfort subjective to every driver in America.

@NewyorkPandian @NotATeslaApp @elonmusk @aelluswamy That was awesome, thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see how it performs once it starts being implemented for real consumers. Hopefully it doesn't take forever. I'm all for competition; it's what drives innovation. Thanks for sharing.

FSD v14 Lite: @elonmusk & @aelluswamy, is there an update you can share on the progress of FSD v14 Lite for HW3 vehicles?

@TexasTSLA Front bumper cameras actually aren't used for FSD at all.

This is why I wish everyone could use FSD. The world would be a better place 🌍♥️🙃 *Well I mean if everyone could use FSD 14.2.2.5 on HW4 vehicles with front bumper cams.... just to be clear lol Not sure about those other fellas and other models 😅

Not happening; especially now that they face serious competition from NVIDIA's Drive Hyperion platform. Other car companies can now compete with Tesla without needing real-world data (NVIDIA created a whole layer for synthetic data that is as good as real-world data, at a fraction of the cost).

@WilliamLBuckley @NotATeslaApp @elonmusk @aelluswamy I'm the past week, v12.6.4 on my Model Y has: - Abruptly given up control in the middle of driving due to a sunrise. Twice. - Tried to go at a red light after stopping. - Waited in the wrong lane and missed a turn. The problem is it's 99% predictable- that last 1% is dangerous.

A couple of things: first be aware you may have 13 of FSD. We picked up ours a few weeks ago and that was the case even though it was newly made. It will drive just fine but it’s nowhere near as good as 14 so you will have to pay more attention. 14 will get installed the first night at home. The main thing I would recommend is setting speed limits up (not available in 14 but I wish we had done this on OUR drive home because 13 is pretty aggressive without it) And don’t use the name Evie as that’s ours (jk you can call it what you want but a female name is most appropriate)

How are y'all on this good Wednesday morning?! I've got a Tesla Model Y saga update for y'all, and it's a good one! Saturday. Pensacola. Here I come! I'll be driving across the gulf coast on Saturday, signing the papers, and trying to act like a normal person who hasn't been refreshing the Tesla app every 30 minutes for a month straight. Planning on staying the night down there, then Sunday morning will be a five hour drive home with FSD doing all the work! I should probably figure out how to mount a coffee maker I don't plan on actually driving.. Five hours of hot coffee and highway and talking shit to Grok. That's not a road trip, that's a vacation! I still haven't picked a name.. Who's got suggestions?? Soon, I'll be empty that l garage full of accessories for a car that until very recently was a ghost! Let's go. ☕️ Stay caffeinated, stay gritty, and never forget to make someone smile daily!

@Tesla @wholemars How many disengagements and human interventions did supervisors rack up during those 5.3M miles in between major collisions? Why wont you make those numbers public?🤔 Answer: it’s God awful.

@ricktheslick67 @elonmusk For how good they are, the pride is justifiable. Any car these days costs $50K and does 1/5 of what a Tesla can do.

I just retraced the exact same path on 69 Eastex Freeway going northbound on the HOV lane and taking the Eastex Park & Ride exit, and Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5 handled its perfectly. It was the exact same setup on the exit as in the Fox News video. FSD slowed down with no vehicles directly in front as we entered the pylon area, and made a buttery smooth right turn.

@TimDishes @DigitalDaisyX What does this even mean? Where does it even show she's driving at 15 mph? That's a speed limit sign on the photo. She seems like she just took off parking to me.

Want a personal driver? Just press start and it honestly feels like you’re teleporting. With Tesla FSD, you’re not even driving anymore….you just choose your destination and enjoy the ride. also Grok is great for finding superchargering locations too!

@ChadMoran Curious to see if anybody attempts to drive this same stretch of highway on the current version of FSD, now 7 months later.

Here's the original video, which looks like it's actual speed. I used two markers and consistently measured it. It took 75 frames in a 30 FPS video to travel 212.63 ft equating to 57.9 MPH (probably 60). The incident occurred in August of 2025. These are just facts. Yes the driver should have intervened sooner. Yes, FSD was approaching way too fast.

I normally don't bother armchair quarterbacking these situations. But watching the Tesla Stans come into the comments is funny. Elon said Autopilot (FSD?) was disengaged 4s before the impact which if you watch the video looks like it was going way too fast at that point. Am I missing something?

$TSLA I’m 99% certain that this accident indeed happened while on FSD because I’ve personally witnessed, numerous times, how FSD can get confused driving through multi-level highways in Texas, thinking that it’s at a different level and driving at the wrong speed limit/direction.

'TERRIFYING': Dashcam video shows the moment a Tesla Cybertruck, allegedly operating in self-driving mode, nearly sent a Houston mom and her infant off a bridge before violently crashing into an overpass barrier. The woman claims she suffered multiple injuries from the incident and is now suing the automaker for $1 million.

@DvidTwit we Cubans are well educated and have an excellent and qualified labour force such engineers, technicians, doctors and workers. we don't rely on western white saviours abroad. the only think we need is to end the genocidal embargo.

🚨After 29 hours, our electrical system is fully operational again. In Latin America, it can take weeks to restore national electrical grids. The fact that Cuban electrical workers accomplished this in such short time is a testament to the tenacity, and ingenuity of our people.
