Purchased a new iPhone from Verizon, got it in the mail today and can’t even get it fully activated because their system has allegedly been down since this morning. So my phone is sitting in SOS mode. Way to go, @Verizon #fail @VerizonSupport

My Verizon phone is showing "SOS" in the top right corner. All of the sudden I don't have service. i was doing a chat with @VerizonSupport and then it timed out while I waited on a response and now the chat won't load. Happy Tuesday everyone!

@astr0mnaut @united On the ground here in Seattle, too. Our understanding is that it is a problem with United's internal weight-and-balance documentation/approval system. Weight and balance really does matter (as does schedule-keeping, of course).

I’m so mad Apple stopped making routers. Honestly. Trying and failing at a mesh setup at my parents house (Google Wifi just doesn’t offer good results) is just a reminder of how much I wish we’d had an AirPort Mesh or AirPort Extreme+

Most companies way under invest in PR. They well spend to the moon on variable marketing, but they stop PR at $50k a month. Crazy to me.
