Reds are so high iq that they can’t think hard enough to understand that many kids will choose at random, people won’t read hard enough to understand if everyone hit red everyone lives, etc. Blue obvious choice if you value living in a society at all. We do have an obligation to not wipe other people off the earth if it’s preventable.

There's never going to be a situation where 100% of people pick red, so you are condemning blue voters to death. It's much easier to get 51% of people to vote blue, saving everyone, than it is to get 100% red

Blue is the obvious choice because even if you vote red and it’s supposed to be private, people will still grill you afterward and throw you out the airlock if you voted red. You can see the implicit threat of violence in the quote tweets. That solves the coordination problem!

Because most people have a general sense of empathy and recognize that people will vote blue, therefore voting blue is more likely to minimize death. People are not rational, we are a social, emotional species.

A giant walrus from Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger. Apparently everyone from Sinbad's crew know what a walrus is. It's not the first giant walrus that monster fans know but it's such a unique choice for a Sinbad movie. No mythology they just threw in whatever felt cool to them.
