@ThisDadInvests It’s a very fair point, although I make a burrito bowl for the week, 8 portions. 5 for me 3 for my Mrs It works out at about £1.20 a portion! While there is still a cost it’s so trivial!

Day in the life of a mad man - post update... to probably nobody as you'll all be asleep 😂 Woke up at 3AM, got a lot deadlines due ASAP today I need to fit in alongside a visit to a hospital this afternoon. My alarm was actually set for half 4 but I woke up and thought I may as well just get up now... vape, slush and modafinil in the veins, we're locked and loaded for a full day of work. Modafinil I hear you say? What in the high heavens is that penguin taking now? Honestly I don't really like the stuff that much, but it's a useful tool in my arsenal to promote wakefulness and focus on heavy work days where I have had minimal sleep. It is a wakefulness promoting agent, which acts as a dopamine re-uptake inhibitor and is prescribed predominantly for narcolepsy and sleep disorders. Off label use for cognitive enhancement has been reported, I first found out about it when studying at university and hearing about it as a "study drug" of sorts. In true X style, FYI the company that produces modafinil under the name Provigil is Apotex Health Corp $APTX.TO. Will probably also have 20g creatine around 6am as there is emerging research this level of acute administration enables creatine to pass though the blood-brain barrier and produce significant positive effects on sleep deprivation, where participants performed just as well on cognition tasks after 20g creatine as if they had a full nights sleep. Having studied biomedical science at university, pharmacology, biohacking, longevity and performance enhancement has always been an interest of mine. I am basically that mad scientist that likes to use himself as an experiment 😂 Anyway enough procrastinating, I have a report to write 🫡🐧

Guys I need some help. I’m thinking about putting all £130,000 of my portfolio into 1 company. The incredible conviction play. My reasoning: currently £130k is incredibly useful but if I could speed run that pot to be £200k-£300k, that amount one could live on via monthly distributions. Put it in, leave it for a year or two, let it run up, sell. I don’t need the crazy 25x play, just a 2-3x. Question: Where would you put the funds? Probably US based. Likely tech. $OUST and $ONDS are two current potentials but I think even those would be too risky. It wouldn’t need to be a mag7 sized company, something a bit smaller that will do a 2-3x. Genuinely keen to hear thoughts.

Got some @Meta glasses 👓 🤦🏻‍♂️ Now I don’t trust meta at all! I don’t have Facebook or instagram (yes I use WhatsApp 🤦🏻‍♂️) But these are decent for driving in, reads out any messages you get, answer calls using your voice and you can just tell them what to say in a reply or who to call etc. They are good for capturing little moments that you don’t have your phone on you or not quick enough to get it out. But mostly good for driving instead of being on my phone 👀 Do I look like a retard wearing them? Sure I know I do 😂 So can we spread the word and get @elonmusk to make some X glasses so that I don’t have to keep selling my soul to the devil using these! And so I can look a bit cooler 😎
