@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia Travelled on 6E6835 on 11/9/25 to Delhi. Bag broken on arrival- ground staff ( Ig Ms Himani ) offered to give 1500/- coupon as settlement within 24 hours in exchange I don't file a PIR. No voucher recieved - trust and bag both broken. This is the state :)

@myBESTBus it has become frequent that your driver's skip stopping at the stops even though buses are literally empty. When asked to open the door he tells to go to the next stop. Why such arrogance by the driver and the conductor.
