Millions of H1Bs just like this; all utterly refuting: 1. “We need this sub-American talent!” Not even H1B cheerleaders would argue against the reality that all of these jobs could be done much better by Americans. 2. “There are only 85,000 annually!” This whole class of H1Bs is literally unlimited & has no cap whatsoever. And even the supposedly Group isn’t capped, and then none of that even includes their dependents who are all given Work visas and put on a direct path to citizenship with them. 3. “They are all under-paid slave labor who can’t escape their servitude!” Maybe 1/2 of H1Bs are still used to depress wages at the lower end; specifically only because that allows them to evict Americans from entry-level jobs, and therefore completely fill the whole market with their Indian mafia. The other 1/2 includes the highest paid people in America - including H1B CEOs like Microsoft H1B CEO Satya Nadella and Google H1B CEO Sundar Pichai; who are under no obligation whatsoever to hire Americans. H1B CEOs, VPs, Directors, line managers, recruiters - and just whoever feels like it are firing Americans by the 10,000-30,000 at a go; to then immediately directly replace with Indians - right in front of your eyes … and in front of your congressman’s eyes … with no apologies, no investigations, punishment, and not even the hint of ending the program destroying America’s middle class, career ladder. And they are under no pressure whatsoever to underpay their own Indian network. These same overt racist managers are putting tens of billions of dollars into trying to push AI over to India (working with the new head of the federal AI department, also an H1B, and Trump appointee); and personally worth hundreds of millions or billions of dollars. Are you joking that the H1B is “indentured servitude”?

@SBA_Kelly Thank you! We need more of you! However, more work needs to be done. The work visas need to be canceled - so much fraud. @USCIS @USDOL Americans are being laid off in droves - laid off and replaced by foreign workers, or their jobs offshored. Please help us. 💔🇺🇸

The liberal media still can’t believe that the SBA has cut off lending to noncitizens. We can’t believe it was ever allowed in the first place. calmatters.org/economy/2026/0…

@USDOL Cancel the work visas. This is a crisis! So many Americans are long-term unemployed, or underemployed. Lives are being destroyed. H-4 EAD should be eliminated, and OPT too. We need jobs now, not AI training. 💔🇺🇸

Oracle Corporation’s, an enterprise software, cloud computing, and database systems company based in Texas, surprise layoff of 30,000 people globally, including 12,000 in India, can’t be a “one-off’’ Oracle story, but part of “a structural reset’’ across the industry, say global tech industry analysts, writes Mini Tejaswi thehindu.com/business/is-la…

This year's Bloodletting H-1B Job Lottery is over. Another 200,000+ jobs sold out to foreign workers: - 65,000 bachelor's - 20,000 master's - 35,000 non-profit - cap exempt - 80,000 H4 EAD spouse workers plus their friends & relatives, of course

Do you realize how many Americans have been laid off and replaced by foreign workers, or their jobs offshored? We are spending our retirement savings pre-retirement. Meanwhile the new H-1B selections have been made. OPT and H-4 EAD remain. Americans are being shut out of jobs by foreign managers who hire their coethnics. Each day the hopelessness rises. 💔🇺🇸

Unfortunately millions of H1Bs have flooded the US, particularly fast growing sunbelt cities in the last two decades. And the VAST majority of them receive these roles via HR hiring nepotism and H1B scheming. Critics will say these are "overly skilled" and "specialized" workers but most are software developer positions that our own college graduates easily could handle. Meanwhile, our young tech graduates cannot get jobs. The problem lies in the company hiring practices once an Indian gets into management where they'll only hire their own. It's a sad state of affairs and I've personally worked with hundreds of H1Bs as clients so know all this firsthand.

@SaraGonzalesTX @JebHensarling This means nothing to the millions of Americans who are unemployed, or underemployed. Private equity is the devil - they destroy absolutely everything! @USDOL please help us. Foreign work visas, offshoring first- American workers last! 💔🇺🇸

Did you know the Department of Labor is moving to deregulate 401Ks and give American workers the ability to invest in private equity, which historically has greater returns? Former Congressman @JebHensarling joined me to discuss how this benefits YOU, the American worker:

This is meaningless to the millions of unemployed, or underemployed Americans. There have been so many layoffs - replaced by foreign visa workers, or their jobs offshored. Yet, a whole new crop of H-1Bs have been selected. It is positively maddening. What happened to America First? 💔🇺🇸
