A Judicial Conduct Tribunal has cleared Eastern Cape JP Mbenenge of sexual harassment and therefore gross misconduct. It has found him guilty of misconduct (not gross) for initiating and conducting a “flirtatious” relationship at work, a breach of the judicial code.

@Solphendukaa In Alex Somalis don't allow anyone who run a spaza shop and if you do they threaten you with death. You will end up closing . By that I mean even south Africans are not allowed. The Somalis don't want and it ends there and you dont question them . @MYANC

So at the moment that part is sorted out.

Athletics SA LOST their CIPC Registration in February 2025 - meaning that they were deregistered by CIPC. This was due to failing to submit several annual financial reports. What would that mean for the Federation? 1. It would lose its legal persona. 2. It can no longer enter into contracts. 3. It cannot transact. 4. It cannot form proper structures. 5. It cannot be funded by the department of sports, arts and culture. What would it mean for our athletes? 1. Funding for athletics would be slashed by over 80%. 2. Less events would be able to take place. 3. Athlete development would stagnate. 4. We would NOT be sending a high number of athletes to the Olympics. In this video, I made sure that those responsible for overseeing this mess were named and called for consequences to be taken regarding this!
