@spamproof22 Little bro, you only 'evidence' is "It looks closed to me when I look at it". You can't for real be that stupid. Tell me you're only farming anti-max click because you get off on the attention. Please.
English

@Surfaceshader No they don't. The team is literally just lying through PR just to pad Max's ego in order to keep him from admitting that he pushed too hard and made a rookie error. It's observable that the wing is closed. Why are you letting them lie to you like that?
English

@spamproof22 Blud think "It looks visually closed to me" the gold standard of 'proof'. 😭
They got the data to see if it were properly closed or not. It's not a visual determination...
English

@F1BigData @ErikvHaren False. The video shows the rear wing worked as designed and it was the driver that literally lost control of the steering wheel.

@WarMonitor3 Crazy, nation that leaves EU no longer gets access to EU funds and investments.

@HaasF1Team Is this the 4th race in a row you give Ocon a horrendously slow stop? What's going on? 😶

@yashar How terminally online do you have to be to shame another woman for posting anniversary pictures...
... Because as another women is getting married on the same day?
We all know what you're implying. Stop with your goofy "I'm not suggesting". Yes. Yes, you are. That is the post.

Max Verstappen on the upcoming LEGO Drivers Parade at Silverstone
"I'll just get it over with as smoothly as possible and wave to the fans, because they deserve that. If it were up to me, I would just want a normal drivers' parade. What's wrong with an electric truck, or whatever, that drives us around? I think that's fine, but it is what it is. I have no influence over it."

@adamcooperF1 The closest Newey will ever get to admitting he got this one wrong?
He sure was quick to blame Honda for any and all issues before...
English

Adrian Newey oulines what went wrong with AMR26: "On the chassis side, we're quite a long way overweight. Some of that comes from integrating the power unit and dealing with vibration issues we've had to work through with Honda, but we also didn't do as good a job as we should have on our side at saving weight. When you design in a rush, weight is the first thing that suffers because you don't have the time to thoroughly optimise everything.
"Aerodynamically, we also took a bold direction – which was largely pushed by me – without the luxury of exploring multiple concepts in depth because time was against us. I wouldn't say the direction we've taken is fundamentally wrong, but it has thrown up challenges we didn't anticipate."

English

@BlaiseInKC You don't... You don't think the World Cup is the pinnacle of football, do you? Please tell me that's not what you think.
English

@stevesaylor You couldn't make this point without the "Asmon is right" angle? This tweet is the defenition of poor judgment.

I will never defend the harm this man has done constantly towards marginalized communities.
However I will always defend the right for more accessibility in games. He says he couldn’t play because he can’t properly use a controller anymore. If you don’t include accessibility to allow someone to play at their best comfort level then you are locking out play for those who might enjoy your game.
I don’t want to hear that Star Fox is easy or it’s a skill issue. I struggled with the controls playing the demo and there was not an option for me to allow me to keep playing. Granted I only just got the full game so I’m hoping that I can try again.
But all that being said, accessibility is for everyone. Yes even him.

Asmongold says he won't play console games again after struggling to beat Star Fox, except for the Ocarina of Time remake "I know it sounds like super autistic ... I just literally just cannot. I don't have the motor skills to use a controller"

You honestly have to admire Finnish strategic foresight. While the Kremlin is busy running its heavy armor into a non-stop attrition meatgrinder and domestic gas stations are running out of fuel, Helsinki just locked in a massive geopolitical chess move right on Russia's doorstep. Europe’s very first maintenance and sustainment center for the Common Fire Control System (CFCS) of M270A2 MLRS and HIMARS platforms is officially being built in Tampere, Finland! 🇫🇮🇺🇸🚀 The contract was formally finalized on Thursday between the Finnish Defence Forces, high-tech engineering firm Insta, and American defense giant Lockheed Martin. This facility is an absolute game-changer for European security of supply. Instead of relying on a trans-Atlantic logistics chain to service the highly complex brains of NATO's premier rocket artillery, regional operators can now get technical services and lifecycle support directly from Insta's facility in Tampere. The entire deal is integrated as part of the indirect industrial cooperation from Finland’s purchase of 64 F-35A stealth fighters. Unsurprisingly, Russian state mouthpieces are absolutely fuming over this, immediately branding it a direct threat to Russia. These heavy tracked systems don't just fire standard rockets; they deploy GMLRS, extended-range ER-GMLRS (150 km), and tactical ATACMS missiles capable of obliterating command hubs and logistics 300 km deep. Having Europe’s central hub for keeping these systems battlefield-ready stationed right next to the Russian border is peak poetic justice for the Kremlin's failed deterrence policy. Grab a drink, the Nordic defense matrix in mid-2026 is operating in maximum definition! 🥃🍿🇫🇮Source: Official press release from the Finnish Ministry of Defence, Lockheed Martin, and Insta Group (June 2026).

@TweetsByFlash @BouafifNour Surrendering a game against France before it even kicked off is, by defenition, a 'Looser mentality'. They decided to loose.
English

@BouafifNour 'Looser mentality"?? I very much doubt it
Sweden are tougher than Ivory Coast, it was wise of the Norwegian Coach to rest his key players
English

I still don't understand why Norway chose not to fight for first place. I don't see how Ivory Coast is an easier opponent than Sweden, both are difficult games, and honestly I might even argue Ivory Coast is the tougher one.
The only explanation I can think of is that they didn't believe they could beat France's side even with their best XI, so they preferred to save energy instead. I understand the logic, but to me it still feels like a looser mentality.

"It's the same price but BIGGER!"
Is it the same size? It's built small for a reason.
"No."
Does it have the same cooling factor? Steam Machine is like 70% cooling system by volume.
"No."
Is it as quiet? When I benchmarked it it was whisper silent, which is a nice thing to have.
"No."
Is it tailored for SteamOS? Valve is likely going to be targeting improvements for that hardware.
"No."
Did you include the quad antenna setup with a dedicated one for Steam Controller?
"No."
Is it as power efficient? The GabeCube draws very little power.
"No."
......... does it at least have more IO?
"No."
So you built a PC for the same price that sacrifices every design advantage and are crowing that it's stronger, despite knowing that many of the choices for those advantages are what lead to a weaker system in the first place?
".... yes?"
I swear to God, I will never understand how someone as purportedly smart as the grand L holder there still has industry ties when he does things that are this disingenuous and stupid to major (and minor) brands on the regular.

@Clem____G So we're agreeing then? The "France couldn't make it work until they bought in Ukrainian experts who magically solved it" narrative is 200% marketing BS. It's a fake story from a company trying to hype up their Ukraine connection for money.
English

@Surfaceshader @MeanwhileInUA And for the marketing part. It's a start up, and they dont make money for the moment, because their goal is to save life.
I think it's one of the only defense start up where all your arguments are false, it really seems like a good start up

French drones kept failing in the Middle East desert. Ukrainian engineers fixed it in 10 days.
French company Alta Ares deployed interceptor drones in the Middle East - and they didn't work. Sand jammed the engines. Heat and black casings overheated the electronics.
CEO Adrien Cantet's solution: bring in his Ukrainian engineering team. The same engineers building interceptors for active combat redesigned the entire drone - materials, structure, cooling - on site, in 10 days.
Cantet called it "Ukrainian speed." His takeaway: stop chasing a perfect product that takes years. Build something 80% ready in weeks - because the truth is in the field, not the lab.
Ukraine isn't just fighting this war. It's teaching the world how to build for one.

🔥🇩🇪 Germany wants to purchase 🇺🇦 Ukrainian Flamingo and Bars missiles instead of 🇺🇸 American Tomahawks, — Politico
After the US refused to deploy Tomahawks in Germany, Berlin began looking at Ukrainian and Israeli long-range missiles.
Among the contenders are the American Typhon system, the Israeli-American Anthem, the Ukrainian Flamingo, and joint missile projects with Great Britain.
The Ukrainian Flamingo has become one of the main favorites: flight range up to 3,000 km, warhead about a ton, and cost only about 500,000 dollars, which is almost five times cheaper than a Tomahawk.
⚡️ One of the leading German defense companies, Diehl Defence, is already negotiating joint production of Ukrainian Flamingo missiles on German territory.

@allanm1966 @ZacksJerryRig Yes, the guy screaming about his job not paying him enough to live sure didn't feel any stress in life. He could never relate to the difficult life of a highly paid CEO.
English

@ZacksJerryRig LOL Do you think the CEO works 40-hour weeks? Double that, and know his whole career is built on performance. He misses quarters, and he's toast. Employees don't face that stress.
We should also add that the employee worked for another company that managed this warehouse.
English

I'm not saying what this guy did was right - I'm just statistically pointing out that the company leasing this warehouse, Kimberly-Clark, has a CEO named Michael D. Hsu that made $16.4 million dollars last year.
That is $7,884.62 an hour.
Food for thought.

@SariArhoHavren What's wrong with the nation states of Europe handling their own defense procurements? EU was never meant to fill this role to begin with.

At the EU level, everything moves too slowly.

The three countries said that, together with other unnamed partners, they were exploring setting up a new mechanism by 2027.
