@captainchaser21 Well. We got "Peacemakers Needed," Round 3. So it's fair to say God doesn't think we're doing too hot with that.
Also, I wasn't aware that the- or even a- purpose of conference was sagaciousness. Your post here is sagacious. So you've got that. How's your peacemaking going?🤷♂️

What an absolute nothing burger of a general conference. All it managed to do was further convince me that the only values the bureaucracy and leaders of the church hold today are pluralism, feminism and egalitarianism. Does this church even give its members guidance and instruction, or call for repentance anymore?
What other values can we even argue that the church holds? All the church seems to do with its time and resources today is do things that align with the previously mentioned values.
A few examples of this outward alignment are; subsidizing Hindu temples and Muslim mosques construction in Utah, working with LGBT advocacy groups, and worst of all, coming out in this conference and declaring that even though marriage is purportedly an “eternal” and “indelible” covenant, it actually can be arbitrarily abrogated and dissolved if a woman spontaneously decides she’s done with it.
But don’t worry, I’m sure the “trust the plan”, sycophantic Mormons will be out in force over the next week to tell you that this vacuous conference was actually the most sagacious in history!

Dr. Rhonda Patrick hasn't been getting sick since adding glutamine to her daily routine.
She shared the science behind it on the Huberman Lab podcast.
Patrick discovered during her graduate research that glutamine is so essential for cellular energy that cancer cells can survive on it alone when glucose is removed.
That same property makes it critical for your immune system.
Without adequate glutamine, your T-cells cannot properly activate when a pathogen enters your body.
Your first line of defense is compromised.
Patrick's protocol is simple:
• 5 grams daily as a baseline.
• 15-20 grams when sick, traveling, or exposed to illness.
• Always split into 5 gram doses to avoid gut irritation.
After becoming a mom, Patrick was catching everything her son brought home from school.
Three infections a year.
She started glutamine and the infections stopped. Even when the virus was in her house.
Studies on endurance athletes backed her experience. High-dose glutamine significantly reduced respiratory tract infections in athletes who were most susceptible.
One caution: anyone with an existing colon or liver tumor should avoid it.

@JEFETRADES Love it. Thank you for using your platform to say it!

@daren_collins My wife and I thought "Wow, if anyone actually watched this whole conference, how could they conclude we aren't Christian?"
English

@Milajoy That is dumb. You are 40c high for California and 60c low for Iowa. And it takes two second to check, so don't be lazy.

@maximumpain333 @TxGirl1122Vibes Ooo the cognitive dissonance in the comment section is real!! The general public has been conditioned big time to believe in 8 hours of sleep... but, im with you here. Can you provide any links on any of the information? I am going to research on my side also.
English

The most dangerous lie in human history isn’t about food.
It isn’t about medicine.
It is about sleep.
For 200,000 years, humans did not sleep 8 hours.
That number was invented in 1938 by a mattress company called Simmons Beautyrest.
Before that campaign, the average human slept in two shifts.
Historians call it “Biphasic Sleep.”
You would sleep for 4 hours, wake up for 2, then sleep for another 4.
During that 2-hour window, people would pray, have s*x, write, think, and connect with their families.
Some of the greatest works in human history were created in that sacred middle window.
Shakespeare wrote most of his plays between 1AM and 3AM during his second wake period.
Mozart composed entire symphonies in what he called “The God Hours.”
Then the Industrial Revolution needed workers on a fixed schedule.
You cannot run a factory on biphasic sleep.
So they hired a psychologist named Dr. Nathaniel Kleitman to “prove” that 8 consecutive hours was the biological standard.
He faked the studies.
He was funded entirely by the mattress industry.
And the medical establishment adopted his research without question because it aligned with the factory model.
They turned the most creative 2 hours of human consciousness into a “sleep disorder.”
They called it “Insomnia.”
They medicated it.
They gaslight an entire generation that 8 hours of continuous sleep was healthy.
They pathologized the exact window of consciousness that produced some of the greatest art, music, and literature in human history.
You are not an insomniac.
You are experiencing the most natural form of human consciousness.
And a mattress company convinced you it was a disease.
Stop medicating your genius.
Wake up at 2AM.
Write the thing.
The “God Hours” are calling.

@bestplayeratlas I don't think he knows anything about chess, and might have a hard time coloring in the lines with crayons.
English

Trump is playing 3d chess.
The plan is simple. OIL → $200.
This will knock Crypto and Stocks down 40%.
Send gas prices to $10.
Cut Real Estate in half.
And while everyone is panicking, we get generational entries.
Then he ends the war, we begin the greatest bull market in history, and he takes credit for all of it.
Trust the process.

@ABraunet @aakashgupta It's what he wants. He has become magimaniac. All the attention is the goal.
English

@aakashgupta I think all this media attention this guy gets is putting a lot of stress on him.Constantly being onterviewed on tv and podcasts is a lot of pressure. I think it’s going to take years off his life.

Bryan Johnson spent $2M a year, mass-testing every biomarker in his body, measuring nighttime erections, injecting his son's blood plasma, and getting gene therapy in Honduras. 30+ doctors. Hundreds of tests per year. Over 100 daily supplements.
The thing leaching PFAS and heavy metals into his environment was 15 feet from his kitchen window the entire time.
Artificial turf with crumb rubber infill contains 306 identified chemicals. A Yale study found 52 of them are classified as carcinogens by the EPA. The crumb rubber is made from recycled tires, which release polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phthalates, lead, zinc, and benzene. When it rains, those compounds leach into the surrounding soil and groundwater. On hot days, surface temperatures hit 170°F, accelerating the off-gassing into breathable air.
PFAS, the compounds he specifically named, are called "forever chemicals" because they don't break down. They accumulate in your blood indefinitely. Mount Sinai's Children's Environmental Health Center has urged a national moratorium on new artificial turf installations. The EU has already moved to ban crumb rubber under their microplastics regulations. A 2025 Northeastern study found that as turf degrades in sunlight and heat, the chemicals multiply into 572+ distinct compounds.
Johnson's protocol tracked his biological age across 70+ organs, measured his rate of aging down to a DunedinPACE score of 0.69, and optimized every minute of his sleep cycle to the nearest degree Fahrenheit. His home was converted into a $6.8M Blueprint clinic. And the backyard was quietly doing the opposite of everything happening inside.
The fact that he caught it, said it publicly, and is ripping it out is the part worth paying attention to. Most people with artificial turf have no idea what's in it and aren't running the bloodwork to find out.
Bryan Johnson@bryan_johnson
Guys, I’m an idiot. All this time I’ve spent trying not to die, I had toxic turf in my backyard. Artificial turf contains crumb rubber infill made from recycled tires, which leaches chemicals including PFAS, heavy metals, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. These compounds are linked to hormone disruption, carcinogenicity, and systemic inflammation. I don’t know how I missed it. It makes me question my basic competence in life. What gets me is that I try so hard to survey the world of potential idiocy. Then I find out there’s a monument to idiocy sitting right in front of my face that I was blind to. I’m removing the turf, yet I’m still stuck with this seemingly unsolvable problem of how to not be an idiot.

@mormons_speak @Ch_JesusChrist I am sorry you are so unhappy. Conference is awesome- so incredible and Christ-filled. You should listen, instead of just making lemons out of lemonade.
English

The #LDS Church claims to have an additional 507,000 members from 2022-24 but only has 346 additional ward congregations, meaning that these new wards/branches would have 1,600 members each. Clearly, the @Ch_JesusChrist is not retaining members.

@firefighterman @EricLDaugh I am saying this guy is too late to primary anyone. And I think of Paxton beats Cornyn, the Dem will win the general election over Paxton.
English

@bfredbaker @EricLDaugh Are you saying ken paxton is a democrat or this guy
English

@RigdonNancy3 May the peace and joy of Jesus Christ be with you at Easter and during this general conferece.
English

@bryan_johnson I worked in a slaughterhouse for Farmer John in Vernon, CA. I have no problem eating meat, including any of their products.
English

@oit_andy @naturalguy I shared the study so you can contact the authors instead of asking people on X to explain it. You are so so wise, that honestly, I don't think Harvard scientists could get through to you.🤷♂️
English

@bfredbaker @naturalguy I’ve just read the first sentence belly laughed 🤣 “two servings of red meat per week” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
English

@firefighterman @EricLDaugh Well. If he gets rid of Cornyn, you will have a democratic senator. If Cornyn wins, this moron can primary him in 6 years.
English

@EricLDaugh Not that I don’t like the guy, but we already have Ken Paxton getting rid of John Cornyn. And I think Texans are going to go for somebody a little bit more hard-core than this guy.
English

@RxOnlyFL @RykerJackson97 Sure, because even though we teach that only Christ was perfect, leaders of the Church should be assumed to always be perfect? Makes total sense😳
English

@RykerJackson97 It’s called CYA. A common Mormon leadership technique that allows them to have their cake and eat it too
English

@matthewbaszucki We haven't had that food pyramid for 16 years. Is that what you are talking about? A diagram that was replaced 15 years ago?
English

@oit_andy @naturalguy I followed your petulant and repeated questions to like 6 people in different comment threads, and just got frustrated. You probably believe science shows Tylenol causes autism, but not that red meat causes diabetes.
It's either arrogance or engagement farming. Or both.
English

@bfredbaker @naturalguy How though?? I’m happy to be corrected if someone can explain the process to me
English

@bryan_johnson You may be an idiot, but not for the reasons you think.

@DorothyTreen @sola_chad Don't think I have ever heard someone say that the "completeness of the prophecies" was inaugurated 36 years after Christ's death and resurrection.
English

The temple veil was woven with garden of Eden imagery. The Cherubim guarded it on both sides to protect the tree of life. This is the beginning of the new covenant and the dissolution of the old, praise be to God. Heb 8:13 In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
As long as the temple was standing it was existing in opposition to the New covenant. It's total destruction in AD70, inaugurated the completeness of the prophecies. It was a sign of what was about to be. The OC totally destroyed when the symbol of it's worship was taken down stone by stone (Luke 21:6, Mark 13:2, and Matt 24:1, 24). That was the significance of the "unveiling" of Jesus in Revelation and why the texts demand it imminence.
I do believe too many Christians today look at that event and miss so much of what is taking place. They don't grasp the significance of what the temple represented to the Jews. It was their "heaven and earth". They were the chosen ones to represent God on earth. It housed all their record of marriages, deaths, legal contracts, it was their center of worship and they were commanded to go there 3 times a year. It was their Holy ground and with their desecration of it by demanding the death of God's son, it became their tomb all while Jesus was rising from His.

@oit_andy @naturalguy You aren't "trying to find out." You are congratulating those who already share your view, and asking more and more questions and being dismissive to those who give perfectly my good reasons.
