@tmsilverman @BillboardChris I have an idea for a reality show where we assess the cognitive stability of white women.
Like, evaluating a grown adult who felt the need to pay for a blue check mark, in order to feel seen by an online platform, only to project into the void.
Most white people shit ever lmao

@BillboardChris I have an idea for a reality show where we drop off a dozen of these mentally ill drugged up women on an island with nothing but their testosterone injections and let them deal with each other.

Ramsey@CrusaderRamsey
@DeanTTraining the people who keep promoting peanut butter as a protein source needs to stop.

The year is 2000, I’m a 4th year medical student and 33 years old. At this point I had been lifting weights for 20 years and deadlifting for 15. I was weighing around 290 lbs and was competing in a powerlifting meet in Tyler Texas, run by an organization called NASA (the Natural Association of Strength Athletes)-This was one of a handful of organizations dedicated to drug free powerlifting lifting- others at the time included WABDL and USAPL (formerly ADFPA - American Drug FreePowerlifting Association) -all of which I competed in as I had no desire to take drugs
Anyway it was my goal that fall day in Texas to break the current NASA American Record which at that time was I think around 755 lb or so. I had been regularly pulling over 700 for about 7 years at this point and my training was going well
The meet was fairly big with well over 100 lifters and the promoter notoriously would often only have one platform which meant for a very long day
My squat was ok at something in the 600s, my bench fairly pathetic at around 340lb or so.
As expected the meet ran very long and despite starting around 10 am, by the time I was pulling my deadlifts it was getting close to midnight.
I hit and easy opener of likely 705lbs, from there I requested 350 kgs or roughly 772 lbs for my second attempt, I hit some smelling salts, pulled up the straps on my old marathon deadlift suit and yanked the heck out of the bar. Generally if I could get a weight to my knees it was a go as I had a great lockout! My pull was successful, three white lights and a new American record for this medical student! My final attempt was at 783 lbs, but I was spent, too long of a day for me to go heavier.
This ended up being the most I ever pulled in my life as afterwards I started my orthopedic surgical residency and went 5 years largely with minimal sleep, but still trained when I could. I did manage to do a few strongman competitions even winning a “Texas Strongest man” competition for the 300lb class. When I turned 40 I pulled 711lbs and broke what I thought was the USAPL drug free record 40+ American record, which was listed at 705lbs-turns out I didn’t get it because the record was already broken by someone else and had not yet been updated
The last time I pulled 700lbs was in the gym on my 44th birthday
These days I still deadlift fairly regularly, just not competitively as my focus has been on other things!

@ketosavage My heart goes out to your mom for not swallowing when she had the chance. Tragic.

@BasedSamParker @AnaKasparian White dudes will pay for a blue check mark in hopes of feeling seen only to deliver mediocre clap backs like this.
Pathetic.

Even my biggest haters know how untrue this is. 😘

@xBNCsk @dtxflagg @Glinner "adolescents" is a clinical term for 11-17.
You're not very bright. Nor is your reading comprehension all that strong.
And, most of all, we know your interest in transgender anything is dubious, at best. Save the selective outrage for a Twitter pedo whose IQ is also 25.
English

No one is stopping you existing. Just stay out of the ladies, mate, that's all we're asking.

@xBNCsk @dtxflagg @Glinner -Severe issue is not a 'clinically recognized condition' (I literally lol'ed). If it is, then you are welcome to provide the clinical criteria to it.
-"not your vague make-belief self-esteem."
American Society of Plastic Surgeons: adolescents seek PS for self-esteem.
LMAOOO

English

@cod0240 @dtxflagg @Glinner What are so confused by?
Severe issues do not equate to self esteem concerns. As I said, it’s a medically recognised need where as “I think I’m” surgery, is, obviously not.
I.e You don’t give little kids steroids because they think they need to be tall but you do for medical.

@wilsonhlthcoach LMFAO
On today's episode of shit that didn't happen.
"Carnivores" are impressively desperate to sound intellectual.
English

GI Doc to my daughter: "Don't eat too much fiber."
Me: "Why not?"
Doc: "The fiber increases fullness in her stomach but provides no nutrients. It also binds to her digestive enzymes and blocks absorption of nutrients. Since she's so malnourished, her body needs to increase absorption, not block them."
And that's exactly why we carnivores feel so much better without fiber.
Not only is our gut happier, but we feel so much more nourished when we're not eating something that blocks our body from absorbing essential nutrients.
Winning!
English

@ITheCursedOne @Glinner A lawful right is distinctly separate from autonomy ('option to do something').
Conflating these two to make a point is not a good look.
English

@xBNCsk @dtxflagg @Glinner "Breast surgeries for severe issues..."
As stated, self-esteem is not clinically deemed a severe issue.
Restating an unsubstantiated view while acknowledging surgery on minors is not "approved by any body" validates my original point while undermining the credibility of yours.

English

@cod0240 @dtxflagg @Glinner Breast surgeries for severe issues in u18s (aligning w/ your article) are way below that <1% of “adolescents”, and aren’t endorsed or approved by any body.
Neither’s the “leading” demo and it’s not an “I think I’m” thing, it’s recognized medical need..
Apples and oranges.
English

@cod0240 @dtxflagg @Glinner Please tell me you never thought that through and this is the first (and last) time, you’ll embarrass and or confuse yourself with this example.
U20s make up < 1% of breast surgery. It’s not ASPS or FDA endorsed below 18. And in under 18s, it’s for severe issues, not cosmetic..

English

@dtxflagg @xBNCsk @Glinner Quite literally reads 'Gender affirmation care'
If surgeries on minors are your concern, the leading demographic for that is adolescent females seeking breast augmentation for self-esteem which does legally constitute gender affirming care.
Care to protest that, too?
English

@Roguish_Rascal @Glinner "Measures to prevent people from cut off their genitals, especially MINORS"
Writing text that doesn't exist does, in fact, make you the village moron.
Which, we already knew - you're just proving everyone's point, as well as how your mom should have swallowed 😉
