I bought a @dreamcloudsleep and their customer service and shipping get's an "F". I ordered my matress and they sent me a notification that my matress was "being processed" but on a rainy Sat morning. It magically showed up. No time to get help to carry this heavy thing.

My 3 minutes working for @FedEx in the rain this morning... it gets worse the longer you watch (for ref. that's our new @dreamcloudsleep adjustable bed frame) Not sure what 3 min. pay gets me at an entry level driver/helper rate gets me but I expect a check in the mail😮‍💨

I actually ordered my Dream Cloud Bundle, Queen Premier Hybrid Mattress, Premier Base, with adjustable head and foot, with the 7-setting massager, under bed lighting & with remore or app operation. I went with Dream Cloud after much research! After 4 major and 3 minor Spine Surgeries, fractured hip surgery and lack of a decent night's sleep in nearly 4 years! I was desperate to find a sleep position that would ease pressure on my hip AND spine, and allow me to elevate my legs. My oder was placed on August 4th, confirmation immediately received. Base AND Mattress arrived August 6th and the Mattress Cover, Sheet set, comforter and Cooling Pillows arrived August 11th. The delivery driver was kind enough to bring both the Base and Mattress boxes INSIDE the entryway for me, as he saw I was on a walker! My son set it all up in under 30 minutes and I've been sleeping SO AMAZINGLY WELL ALL NIGHT LONG, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT SINCE!! I wish I had made this decision 3 years ago!! I have NEVER been able to find the comfort level I have found in my Dream Cloud!! The quality is excellent and to have a great night's sleep is just PRICELESS to me. A little over $2K...every single morning, waking up rested, refreshed and not hurting immediately...Oh!!! SO very, VERY WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Thank you, @dreamcloudsleep...you have changed my hellish night's into the most restful night's sleep EVER!! GREAT PRODUCT, FAST DELIEVRY, ENDLESS OPTIONS AND ONE EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER!! #BLESSED

@dreamcloudsleep Thank you for reaching out and helping with my issue. Although I couldn’t get a replacement remote for adjustable base, I was given a work around which thankfully worked. Hopefully I can finally get some sleep.

@dreamcloudsleep I lost remote, and now can’t lower headboard which is raised. Contacted company and was referred to manufacturer who does not have information about my purchase. I can’t sleep with headboard up. I just want to buy replacement remote. Why is it so hard to? 😩
