I’m skeptical. I personally think downtown development is a waste of money, probably fitting with Ressler’s larger ambition. Maybe I’m wrong and the investor group will pick up more tourist and convention opportunities, but if you want local affluent/families’ entertainment $$s then invest north - along the Buckhead-Sandy Springs-Roswell-Alpharetta line.
