I am back in the same seat and the same departure lounge I was in roughly 18 hours ago. And guess what. My replacement @easyJet flight is delayed.

Just to reiterate, the @easyjet representative sent to bring me back through passport control did so only after stuffing her face. Then, when she finally arrived, she “handled” the situation whilst on a personal phone call.

Call out @easyjet for the lack of customer care and you’re inundated with messages from scammers with fake EasyJet accounts.
