@NewNormalTube @iamlabyrinth_ @oliverburdick Yeah, but there were still churches. This is pure history. Early christianity comprised of the east and the west, with 5 patriachal churches: Jerusalem, Rome, Constinople, Alexandria and Antioch. Which later split up. The epistles are the birth of these churches.

@CDLDno @iamlabyrinth_ @oliverburdick No sir. There is much disagreement on this. A simple Google search will demonstrate. The Christian faith has an about personal relationship NOT denomination. You are only rooted in divisiveness when you believe otherwise. Countless men of faith testify against you.

@bee7457 @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick They are not.. these fact that it calls her an advocate and then pray for us, shows what you are focusing on are decotional hyperboles If we really did think she grants eternal salvation by herself, then why have “pray for us” at the end. Why not just “pray to you”?

@CDLDno @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick Those points are moot by the very next sentence. Y'know, where it says "in YOUR hands I place my ETERNAL SALVATION and to YOU I entrust my SOUL." Then it has a period. But the fact you must bribe her with praise — "hail", to get your wish granted, should alone raise red flags.

@NewNormalTube @iamlabyrinth_ @oliverburdick . Historically, the church is the universal catholic church. Yes the bible shows its roots.. Just name the letters after acts, what churches was paul writing to? Those churches eventually developed into the RCC, EO, and OO of today

@CDLDno @iamlabyrinth_ @oliverburdick That’s because your definition of “the church” is solely the Catholic Church which is error. The Catholic Church is not mentioned in the Bible nor is any denomination.

@CDLDno @bigger_bread @Jesus_alone_ @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick I do not hate or want any harm to be placed on Catholics in any way. These are simply my personal disagreements I contend to grasp fully. All of the rituals that take place are questionable the more I observe all that takes place in Catholic communities.

@CDLDno @bigger_bread @Jesus_alone_ @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick Yes, you were insulting and I’m used to it as that’s the cesspool X/Twitter has become overtime. My intent is not to misrepresent but to put into question what these specific beliefs consists of, and why they are prioritized so heavily as objective reality for many Catholics.

@CDLDno @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick You are not the arbiter of who gets to define who is a Christian. You’re acting pompous over simple theological disagreements. You’re between a rock and a hard place and try to pander to these obscenely, domineering talking points as if that consolidates your POV.

@CDLDno @bigger_bread @Jesus_alone_ @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick As I’ve continued to challenge the Catholic views I disagree with that don’t make sense to me, you’ve called me low IQ and other petulant names, as a result of civilized disagreements. My intentions weren’t antagonistic but strong dissension.

@iamlabyrinth_ @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick But if you think the catholic teachings are wrong, then why do you believe in the bible? It is the catholic church that preserved, finalized, and taught what specific books should be accepted as inspired word.. and you believe them?

@CDLDno @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick Just because the Catholic curriculum canonized fearsome scriptural books doesn’t mean that the teachings asserted and taught in these books are chronologically accurate or on par with Jesus’s divine objective. The deuterocanons are mere historic readings for minor exploration.

@iamlabyrinth_ @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick It is just facts.. in christianity you are either catholic, orthodoxy or a protestant. You are just ignorant. And yes, all protestants disagree with eachother. That is why u are 50k denominations and not one can agree as to what catholic teachings are wrong.

@CDLDno @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick People like you are obsessed with identities and denominational affairs. If I have beliefs synonymous to Protestant beliefs does not mean I consider myself a Protestant. I disagree with many Protestants circles & don’t see how a single religious denomination will save my soul.

@CDLDno @bigger_bread @Jesus_alone_ @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick Even if I were to do a proper fact check of my sources, you’d still have an issue with my position as it collides with your theological views. It would be just an ad-nauseam the more I try to construct pragmatically, comprehensive refutations and foundational explanations.

@CDLDno @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick 1) Infant baptism is unnecessary and unjustifiable to undeveloped child 2) Eucharist is foundational for Catholics and not a biblical requirement for salvation 3) Deuterocanonical books may have interesting historical references, but not definitively divine

@iamlabyrinth_ @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick No it does. Because i can back it up with sources. And yes, the first 2 biblical references i gave (im still waiting for one) show it is fine to ask mary or any saint for intercession.. Just please, tell me who the richman is talking to and what did he ask?

@CDLDno @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick Just because you claim you’re using facts doesn’t mean that it’s inerrantly true. And if I give you a response in regards to the rich man, what will that prove exactly? Will it prove that it’s perfectly fine to pray to Mary and go to the saints?

@bigger_bread @Jesus_alone_ @CDLDno @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick 1.) If traditions were grounded in the Word of God, then we would have no problem with them. 2.) If you guys did not turn it into idolatry and greed, then I would still be apart of it. 2.) She is a wonderful woman, who was Highly favored. No sinless though. 4.) Which ones?

@CDLDno @bigger_bread @Jesus_alone_ @_RyanIndustries @oliverburdick Imagine assuming you know someone based on a few different worldviews they express on online forums/threads? This is blatant gaslighting and narcissistic manipulation. You claim I’m creating slander, but insist on using misleading labels & saying “low IQ” as a childish insult.

@CDLDno @NewNormalTube @oliverburdick I think I’m having a semantical argument with someone who is overtly blind-sighted & begins to believe that everyone who disagrees or challenges your worldview is a Protestant. Did you know that you can agree with certain theological paradigms & not subscribe to a denomination?

@NewNormalTube @CDLDno @oliverburdick I think the Dead Internet theory is true. Feels inefficient to debate with these bots/NPCS because they clearly keep using circular reasoning and other divisive tactics to validate their own arguments. When dissension arises, they retaliate with regressive, pejorative attacks.
