@DeefActual 50,000 daily on stream alone is definitely great still! The post is just comparing the state ARC Raiders was in just 3 months ago, with 4x the players it has now (based off of Steam charts).

3 months ago today, ARC Raiders was averaging ~200,000 daily players on Steam alone. Since the announcement of no new content until October, player counts have dropped an additional 50% since May, down to 50,000 a day.

@ArcRaidersInfo Because everyone bitched and complained about the small drops they did. We expect too much from games. We want giant content added with no bugs but we expect it to happen too fast.

Has ARC Raiders just killed their own game? ARC Raiders is moving to 2 major updates per year (instead of monthly drops) for bigger changes, while only doing regular balance and big fixes in the meantime. Next big map update is in ~167 days.

@Elijaprvt @ARCRaidersGame The game had more hype when it was originally announced as a PVE only game so you can go ahead and stop that revisionist history right now. The funny thing about PVP games is there's always a new one and you guys will abandon it faster than a black father.

@75MannyX @ARCRaidersGame I was saying this in the second play test when they asked for my opinion. I told them they were wasting a very good game world on an extraction shooter. They could update the game every week from now until eternity. I don't find extraction shooters fun.

There's only so many times that the loop is fun and even Embark have acknowledged that the loop needs to be fixed because it's not fun. Continue to be triggered that someone has a different opinion than you

@the_seeing_only @IronBorg @ARCRaidersGame I recommend to play older titles of like the ps2/3 generations and look at the amount of content these games have,i can promise you youll be suprised at how much you payed compared to the hours of playtime , i loved army of two but even on the hardest difficulty its done after 4h

Was against this forever as a pvp player, however expeditions force me to pve to get benches and scrappy back. After 10+ friendly games i still get people ratting me almost every game. Actually wild how far this game has fallen. As a PVP player, if they dont add a PVE mode to grind those stupid benches/scrappy, im done!
