@TicketmasterCS @SJMConcerts @muse @O2AcademyBrix Seemingly getting nowhere with this. Last night we had our tickets to Muse on 03/04 cancelled because of suspected bot activity. Obviously we haven't used a bot and wouldn't even know how. Can someone please help!?

How can you cancel a ticket with no explanation, not that there would be a valid one. I had a presale code, I bought one ticket for myself and you took the money @TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS @TMFanSupport would have been my 35th @muse gig

@screenager85 That's ridiculous! I can't see why mine has been cancelled at all. The emails are the same. I just got an email telling me it's cancelled. No mention of refunding all the travel and hotel expenses. @TicketmasterCS

@JoeG91 There wasn't any even mention of a way to appeal, the refund was already initiated, that's how I found out it was cancelled. I still haven't had an email to say the ticket was cancelled. Imagine if I hadn't seen and only found out once I got to the venue

Yes, I used the email address I have associated with Muse.mu to preorder the album but I used my main email address, which is associated with Ticketmaster to buy the tickets, this conflict was enough of a reason to cancel the ticket

@JoeG91 @MattCASmith @TicketmasterUK @muse Nope, just told to try buy them again, like it’s that simple! Mine is because my O2 Priority email clashed with my Ticketmaster one unfortunately. Can see why they did it but again why wait til today when I’ve sorted train and hotel
