@SkyHelpTeam Come on Sky, make a proper announcement about what is happening in WS11 and WS12. You have hundreds, if not thousands, of us with no phone/internet/TV. Businesses and SEN kids being affected particularly.

Apparently it's a split fibre cable can take up to 72 hours to fix.

@bhx_official a big thank you to the many airport staff that helped my family and I on Tues. I took flight TOM7266 with my Mom and 3 kids, x2 are autistic. Security queue was awful and I worried, but the sunflower lanyards were truly recognised and instant assistance given. 👏
@freeparking shocking customer service. Raised ticket #543797 26/1/22 never rcvd reply ticket now set to "solved" but never a reply. Still cannot send emails! Still lost emails! Cannot now receive either. No telephone support.
