It's surprising how everyone's so quiet after HC's order. The whole "responsibility" of correction of flaws was shifted on the individuals who were suffering, and the board was set free to continue its procedures without having to re-open the portal. Court says "individuals can come"? After all this turmoil, now we students are the ones who'd have to write petitions, hire advocates, and present our case in the high court spending 10-20k because the board messed up.
