NEW: FedEx driver who is accused of abducting and strangling a seven-year-old girl, puts his face in his hand as a photo is displayed of him driving her to her death. 7-year-old Athena Strand was seen standing behind Tanner Horner in his FedEx truck. Athena was allegedly snatched by Horner when he was delivering a Barbie doll to her home in Paradise, Texas. Horner initially claimed that he accidentally hit the girl with the truck before "panicking" and pulling her into the vehicle. He said he then strangled her in the vehicle and dumped the body 7 miles from the home. The photo, however, shows that Athena was alert in the truck and did not appear to have been struck by the truck. Wise County District Attorney James Stainton says the jury will see footage on the day of the killing, depicting the moment Athena was strangled to death. "Somebody covered up the camera because they don't want you to see. Guess what? Audio is still running, and you're going to hear it. You're going to hear what a 250-pound man can do to a 67-pound child," he said. "And when I say it's horrible, I mean it. I've been doing this for 25 years, and I promise you, buckle up." Horner qualifies for the death penalty.

I have a customer who is Muslim, and his wife is Christian. They have five children, and their first child is now 21. They’ve been married for 23 years, and the wife is still a practicing Christian. All their children have Muslim names and practice Islam. Most of the time, it’s the wife who drives them to Islamic school and brings them back home. It has never been an issue for them… they live peacefully and have a loving family. People can argue all they want on the internet about this, but it won’t stop individuals from different religious backgrounds from getting married. And when that happens, the children have to practice Islam.

Flock cameras caught their vehicle in the area and an Amazon package with his name right at the scene sealed the deal. He even had a printed list of other local sex offenders he planned to go after next. This is what happens when the system keeps letting dangerous registered predators walk free among our families and kids instead of locking them up for good. Jones is now sitting in Brevard County jail without bond while the so-called justice system that failed us all pretends to care. Exactly one year ago today, Austin Metcalf was murdered in broad daylight. The man responsible is now sitting at home on house arrest - enjoying freedom and time with his family. He admitted to the act, saying: “I’m not alleged. I did it.” He spent just 12 days in jail. His bond was reduced. Over half a million dollars was raised. He was allowed to graduate. And he is allegedly now attending college. And somehow, this is what justice looks like? This is a complete dishonor to the real victim - Austin Metcalf. As Charlie Kirk said: “Imagine believing that murderers deserve condolences, not their victims. The divide in America is between anyone with a grip on reality, and the clinically insane.” Those who support the killer are exactly that: clinically insane. Austin deserved better. Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani.
