I made a similar post when the XL Bully law came in. Largely it's nothing to do with the breed, size, or heritage, it's all to do with human beings. How you train the dog. Banning one breed does nothing. Restricting who can have a dog is the key to any issue.

I live in Luton and have never met a Muslim family that own a dog, and very few black people as well. I was told by a West Indian friend that it’s not in their culture to have dogs as pets.
