Who else thinks we need an investigation into Oregon's attorney general Dan Rayfield's office? This man has filed umpteen lawsuits. How much staff does he now have to manage that insane caseload? How many people has he hired to plug the holes? How are those new hires authorized? What budget are they coming out of? How many people has he personally added to the state taxpayer paid government payroll? How much money have us Oregonians paid for this man's very personal vendetta and to build his career from ambulance chaser to now an AG with sights on a big time political career? Because every dollar Dan Rayfield spends on suing Trump is coming straight out of our paychecks one way or another.

We have got to stop pretending homes are $700k-$800k everywhere… it’s not true at all… It may be true in SD, LA, SF, etc… but the USA is BIG and there is so much opportunity away from dying over-priced cities that are contracting. The weather may not be perfect but who cares if you’re going to get robbed several times a year and can’t raise a family your way because of costs or safety. Move to a growth oriented place with an expanding merit-based economy and you’ll not only find opportunities, you’ll be successful with hard work.

The mind bending mental gymnastics required to argue that simply the act of giving birth on foreign soil gives a child citizenship of that country is astounding. The citizenship of a child has always been that of the parents' as they have no autonomy. 14th Amendment was not written to open the doors to unfettered birth tourism, it was to rectify the citizenship status of the children of slaves

@TonySeruga This system is so stupid. The Supreme Court. The highest ”law” office in the land. They make decisions based on political base, not common sense and written law. Most of what they rule on should be cut and dry, based on law. But it’s not. Period. Tear it down and start over.

If the Supreme Court follows the law, the Supreme Court will rule 6-3 against birthright citizenship for illegals. If the Supreme Court follows the politics, the Supreme Court will rule 7-2 for birthright citizenship for 1.5 million Chinese birth tourists.
