If wage earners shoulder less burden the rich have to pay more

The changes affect mostly high income earners ($180K & above) and benefit young people buying first homes. The rich would not be happy because non investors are subsidising their wealth

I’m sure he’s not on the breadline and has had financial advice so he can invest the front ended part of his contract wisely? Just an update regarding our salary cap. If our 8 highest paid players were on what’s reported, it leaves a 238k average for the rest of the 36 players. So unless players like Ryan Brynes are getting paid Apprentice wages, you cannot always believe what you hear.
