Actually yes it does, unless you can argue that money is infinite that it is goods that determine cash flow. Which is a lie. There is a finite amount of money in supply, thus if several hoard resources it diminishes monies in circulation. Let me put it in a sense you can understand, so if one person has 99% of the food in the world, do you believe that doesn't limit others getting food, or at least who they are loyal to who provides them food?
