It's a sweetener for them to stop hitting tankers and oil infrastructure. From what Bibi said today and Trump said last night the tea leaves i'm reading it we're going to see both sides back off of hitting energy for a little bit.

Alright so apparently it was a mention by Bessemer that they would unsanction IRANIAN oil, not Russian. Still only adds 140mm to supply if they do, lol.
