Happy 90th birthday to the one and only Tony Foulds. I first met Tony back in 2019 when we organised the flypast with the @usairforce and it’s been great to get to know him. He is worried about getting older but he says all the conversations he has with people every week keep him going ❤️ He’s going to celebrate with 6 fish fingers and a cup of his famous fiddy-fiddy (half tea, half coffee). Next week he goes on what he describes as the ‘trip of a lifetime’ he’s off to America to visit the birthplace of the pilot of the plane which crashed in Endcliffe Park in 1944 when he was 8-years-old. @keystonecops I personally think he’s gone. Any potential suitors will have the same quibble as Wolves - his wage demands. If that can’t be met then il imagine he will re-sign for improved terms.

Iv got a very good feeling about this forthcoming season. Speaking to a few people ITK who firmly believe this season Fosun are ready to re-invest and make a go of it. Now Vitor is at the helm we need to protect him and give him the team-building opportunity he has proved he deserves. We have done the majority of our ‘selling’ business early which tells me that these were already done deals and we know what we have to play with. There have also been changes off the pitch so I am quietly confident of a season of real intent.

Now let’s do it by making sure those same children actually have a ‘home’ to go back to at the end of the school day … Right now 165,000 don’t.

My son has just turned 13, is non verbal and severely autistic. Took him to the park for a bit tonight whilst his sister had a music lesson & managed to catch him quite clearly saying “Daddy” in this video. Made my day this 🧩💙
