@Lowes I had windows installed this week Two of the egress windows do not open. Neither me or my husband can open them. The customer service line says they don't have the parts. I asked what parts no one has come back out to determine what is needed to open. Safety violation!!!

If you get the wrong item delivered to your house from @Lowes anticipate hours of your time being gone talking to their customer service team to correct and pick the item back up from your house. What an absolute joke I will never shop with them again.

@Lowes I'm not sure how you run the business. When a customer orders an item w/same-day delivery, the expectation is that it comes same-day. You sent an email that it's coming Thursday, and now another email, that it's coming Friday. It would be great if you answered your phone.

@Lowes I’ve spent $11K between (1/9/26–3/31/26) at your Wilmington, NC store while building my home—appliances, patio furniture, shed, foyer furniture, plus paid assembly. Here’s what I got: • A chair assembled by Lowe’s collapsed when I sat in it—bolts not secured. Total Joke.

I’m so sick of piss poor customer service. @Lowes doesn’t have the courtesy to call when they miss a delivery time and then expects me to call them AFTER my delivery actually arrives for restitution? Never again I’ll go with @Mernards or @HomeDepot.

who saw it coming ??😆🤷‍♂️😫 the second machine has arrived… — without the necessary connector kit allowing the delivery men to stack the machines🤨 @Lowes … so this saga continues… until Thursday🤣yet another team will be delivering the connector kit and finally installing⏱️

If you have been following my laundry 🧺 appliance replacement saga…😆 we should have a conclusion today a new washer and dryer— matching stackable units should be arriving separately🙄 today and the second set of delivery people should be connecting & stacking them properly
