@UConnHuskyAD We have YouTube TV in Fairfield County but don’t get WFSB—only the NY stations. Now you’re asking $7.99 just to watch an exhibition game on UCONN+? That feels unreasonable. Hopefully you’ll reconsider before tipoff, otherwise you’re going to have a lot of frustrated CT fans.

@WeberGrills Longtime fan here—I’ve owned multiple Genesis grills, two Smokey Mountains, and a Kettle. But buying the SmokeFire was a huge mistake. It killed my trust in the brand. The Searwood looks promising, but I won’t risk another pellet grill from this company.

@MOOYAHBurgers Your app didn't work to redeem my expiring points either online or at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant had no way to apply a free burger so I had to pay full price. Not cool!

@JetBlue But you're not being fair to customers. Nor did anyone bother to call to understand the problems we experienced at the diverted airport including with the bus service. Nobody at your company cares. We just get emails "appreciating our understanding". You failed.

@JetBlue used to be one of our favorite airlines. JetBlue is now our least favorite. Not just for the way they handled the situation on the day of our flight, but their guest recovery efforts afterward were abysmal and shameful. Goodbye JetBlue.

@JetBlue after nearly a 4 hour delay due to equipment issues followed by a midair diversion to another airport due to equipment failure, you’ve lost a customer. We want a full refund for this nonsense. Here’s a view from our lovely bus ride.

@WeberGrills What has happened to your Phone supports in recent years? It used to be top notch. Now, I sit on hold for 30 minutes to be told you're too busy to take calls and then disconnect. Having been a longtime Weber customer, I'm not impressed anymore.

@UConnHuskyAD Since SNY is no longer carried on YoutubeTV and Fairfield County doesn't get any of the CT broadcast stations, will there be other streaming options to watch UConn game, particularly women's basketball for people in Fairfield County?
