@JetBlue your site wont accept my crdt crd 4 an award flight txs. My bank said it’s not on their end. After a LONG wait thn 25+ mins w/a rep I’m told they can’t book it—I have to do it online! Now that award flight is gone! And your #Escalation Dept in Africa?! WTW?! Not helpful!

My mother has Alzheimers. When she visits me she’s dropped off at the airline gate by her husband and picked up at the gate by me. @JetBlue just denied my stepfather a gate pass. No reason. Against their own stated policy. No airline has ever done this before. She’s 84.

@JetBlue I just wanted to say thank you to the Jet Blue staff at luggage in Boston. My 84 year old mother was traveling alone and was overdue. They were extremely professional in helping us determine that she did make it to Boston. She was delayed in Boston traffic and made it.

@OnKnockers Flight #1223 on May 29 was delayed because we had some unexpected maintenance on the aircraft and had to swap with another aircraft. We had to wait for the new aircraft to come in from LAS. This caused Flight #1224 to be delayed.

My family is grieving the death of my brother right now , so i cancelled my @JetBlue flight . I requested a refund under the bereavement provision and the only thing they keep asking for is a death certificate that’s not available for 4-8 weeks. Like let’s have some decency here

@JetBlue your airline is absolutely crap. 8 hour flight to America with no working tv. Store cold food. Extremely rude staff at check in. Safe to say this will be last time ever. Haven't even taken off yet!

@blueshabadeuce We report impersonators daily. Unfortunately even though they are shut down quickly, new impersonators pop up daily. We share your concern for our customers, which is why we continue to report them to social media platforms to be shut down.

@JetBlue takes in about $100 mill from unused tickets & unused travel credits. Shouldn’t money your customers have already paid be returned to us rather than padding your bottom line?
My credit expired 30 days ago.
It’s a penalty for not using something we already paid for.
