@Reinbacherbook Dobson fans on the puck time and time again, causing turnovers and putting his team in trouble. Not reliable at all.

@CollinRugg It was before the hog line. Know the rules before accusing people of cheating!

NEW: Canada's women's curling team accused of cheating, just like their men's team, after being called for the same infraction. Just one day after Canada's men's team was called out for a "double touch," the women's team was caught doing the same thing. Rachel Homan was heard arguing after the infraction, claiming she had "never done it in my life." The excuse was very similar to that of Canadian curler Marc Kennedy, who claimed he hadn't "done it once" before telling Sweden's team to "f*ck off." Yikes.

@CollinRugg They were called and had the rock taken off. Not cheating but it’s an infraction just like tripping in hockey it’s a penalty…so fuck off and learn the rules. Some get called and some get missed. You don’t go and call Mathews a cheater if he gets a penalty!!

@CollinRugg It is not really cheating. It is an infraction, like a hockey player tripping an opponent. You get a penalty and that's it, no cheating there. If they wrongly touch the stone, they discard it and keep playing.

This guy is literally hammering everybody on Earth on every surface and he's not even sweating. The last time I saw anything like this was mid-2000's Roger Federer. Only a 101% Carlos Alcaraz is close to him right now.

@earthstroke @vicvictorious17 I consider the speech a part of the whole performance. In Osaka's case, she failed both during the match by not giving her best effort, and after the match by not showing sportsmanship in her speech.

gentle reminder that Amanda Anisimova, who also had her share of mental health struggles was literally crushed in WImbledon final yet was so gracious and congratulated her opponent. don't mix class and good manners with mental health
Chloe is DONE@Igaclayblev

Mental health challenges are very complicated. I’m seeing a lot of people here forming black and white opinions on things that aren’t black and white. These issues require a lot of nuance that you can’t discuss in just 280 characters

@BenRothenberg Break point moments are the norm. But a common mostly unseen undetected norm is the ‘breaking point’, mentally or physically in each match. The men are more adept at masking that point in matches. Ladies seem more demonstrative & let their body language speak out for them.

@vicvictorious17 I understand your point, but Naomi was in what she felt was a "hostile environment" with the crowd, which wasn't the case with Amanda. She should have said it, bit I'm sure she saw Vicky afterwards and congratulated her privately. These players don't owe US anything.

I'm sorry but no matter if I'm truly happy about Vicky Mboko's win, I'm truly sad if you guys are rude to Naomi Osaka who probably just logged off and did a panic attack during the match. It's an awful feeling. Especially if you have to speak in front of a crowd after.
