Only thing is... Some people have complained that they don't like the new lesson flow. Others say they love it. How do you know what's a legit complaint vs someone needing time to get used to a change? How do you improve without killing what people loved about your SaaS?

Managed to get our onboarding to 41 seconds (tested out set up for @levelsio's nomad list) Still not sure it properly shows the value of asking contextual follow up questions. What do you guys think?

@adrian_horning_ It's counterintuitive, but they may be holding back because it feels like you'd be doing them a favor. They may want to do a favor for you instead! Try dropping the refund and ask for a big favor of their candid thoughts on the app instead.

In an effort to get feedback on my app, I am charging them a little, but they can get 100% refund if...they leave me feedback. Guess how many have left me feedback?

@rezzz L. B. Evans Roderic are good if you want something lightweight and flexible. My favorite though is the Ugg Neuman because the lining is extremely warm. Bit heavy for slippers but worth the trade off for me

This started happening to me so vividly when I was a teenager that it was like a radio was following me around.

Maybe the reason New Year's resolutions are hard to stick to is because we make them in the dead of winter (in the northern hemisphere). Shorter days. It's cold. It's snowy. Everything around you is dormant. Makes more sense to wait for Spring when everything is coming alive!
